April 19, 2023: Doritos is making our cheesy dreams come true with a triple drop of new flavours.
The iconic chip brand, which is produced by Smith’s in Australia, has released three limited-edition flavours inspired by street food.
The new flavours are Kingpin Burger, Mayhem Kebab and Fire and Fury Pizza and are available now across the country.
Kingpin Burger is described as tasting like a beef burger with the lot. Think cheese sauce, bacon, onion rings and BBQ sauce.
The Mayhem Kebab is inspired by a chicken kebab with zingy lime yoghurt, pickled onion and lemon.
The Fire and Fury Pizza flavour, meanwhile, is for those who like a bit of chili.
It’s inspired by hot and spicy tomato sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and jalapenos.
Doritos launched the delicious new chip combinations alongside newly-designed packaging which celebrates the power of street art.
The company teamed up with Melbourne street artist Lukas Kasper to create the new designs.
Kat Miller, Senior Brand Manager, Doritos said: “Utilising our packs as a canvas to celebrate everyday bold moves & self-expression is a new space for the brand and we’re very excited to finally be able to share one of our boldest ranges yet with the launch of the Doritos Street Art Collection.”
Each new flavour is priced at $4.80 for a 150g bag and will be available for a limited time at supermarkets, petrol stations and convenience stores around Australia.
