Australian cycling ace Jai Hindley has been forced to miss the La Fleche Wallonne classic through illness – but no-one could surely have stopped the astonishing Tadej Pogacar as he continued his all-conquering season in Belgium.
Giro d’Italia champion Hindley was forced to pull out before the start of the second of the Ardennes classics on Wednesday with Bora-hansgrohe reporting that their man from Perth was suffering from an upper respiratory tract infection.
