New South Wales Treasurer Daniel Mookhey says people of NSW can expect in the upcoming budget, a “housing strategy” designed to help people own their homes and equally to assist renters.
This comes in response to the progressively worsening housing crisis in NSW which is putting more stress on homeowners and renters.
“We have signed up to some pretty aggressive targets,” Mr Mookhey told Sky News Australia.
“Working in partnership with the Albanese government.
“But we need to do that … we have already commenced an overhaul of the NSW planning system.”
